　　该剧以经侦处长萧剑（于毅 饰）侦查离奇车祸案开始，通过对“海翔集团”违法操控股市的调查深入，引发对神秘商业大鳄胥枫（郭京飞 饰）过去的创业史探究。而关键性证人的丧失、社会舆论的施压、死亡的主谋、胥枫身份的揭开，一桩桩一件件都将矛头直指二十年前的金融大案，在其后牵扯出更大的跨国洗钱集团。萧剑无意间得到了胥枫隐藏的日记，发现了胥枫苦苦隐瞒的另一重身份。强敌当前，施压在后，不懈追查的萧剑以责任感与使命感冲破重重困局，最终将庞大的金融犯罪组织一网打尽。

　　小时候的李俊杰（陈伟霆 饰）家庭幸福美满，父母都是顶尖科学家。但在他12岁时，父母外派至芭城遭遇意外离世，无亲戚愿意收养的他被送入故乡崇海的孤儿院。　　在孤儿院，李俊杰与时云昊（郭家豪 饰）相识，李俊杰的主动保护让两人成为彼此最好朋友。此后，李、时二人结识了亦兄亦父的陈刚（郭广平 饰），并进入芭城摩世。在摩世训练营里，两人同时结识周子萱（娜扎 饰），并都对她产生了别样情愫，周子萱却对李俊杰情有独钟，此时的时云昊选择退出，默默守护。　　就在李俊杰的人生逐渐步入正轨时，一次任务中，他的冲动导致陈刚意外离世。在这次事件的沉重打击下，李俊杰选择不告而别独自追查线索，抓住凶手加莱（陈楚翰 饰）为陈刚报仇。离开摩世后的李俊杰紧跟加莱，但每次都棋差一步。一筹莫展之时，一封带有摩世标志的神秘邮件指引他回到阔别已久的芭城。回到芭城的李俊杰顶着摩世总监牟川（任达华 饰）的压力，再次与周子萱、时云昊并肩作战，并在执行护送VX3的任务时终于抓到了加莱。三人摒弃前嫌，李俊杰与周子萱重拾情感和默契，而时云昊再次失去向周子萱表白的机会。本以为抓住加莱就是事情的结束，但加莱却被劫狱救走。随后，神秘代码出现，“天蝎”组织浮出水面，陈刚被杀另有隐情，三人这才发现，这一切的背后还有更大的阴谋在等着他们……

　　「超能干探」描写两位至交好友，陈一贤(郭晋安饰)及方志强(刘锡明饰)，两人至同道合一起考进了警察学校，后又分发到同一单位服务。　　强生性善良没有心机，但处事有原则，不愿随波逐流，因此屡遭局内同僚排斥。而好友贤则恰相反，他聪明机伶，做人有手腕、心机深，起嫉妒心重，为了名利不择手段，因此很受同事长官器重。　　一次，强在缉捕行动中受伤，子弹贯穿心肺之间，奇迹式的存活下来，但却从此产生了「超能力」。强连自己也不太能理解为什么能够「以眼代手」、「移形换影」或「电磁效应」。幸有一位奇人沈节(谷峰饰)，教强控制自己的超能力。　　强与贤在一次缉捕歹徒的行动中，惊险万分，贤不慎受枪伤，而强则在危机中，不知不觉的使用了超能力逮捕获歹徒，强因而升职。　　阮雯原为贤之女友，她一心一意守在贤身旁，但贤却因自私多次冷落阮雯，令阮雯若有所失。强自小暗恋雯，乃不时给予鼓励；雯不受贤重视，找强倾吐，两人爱苗渐滋生。　　贤嫉妒强的升职，雯又向贤提出分手，并坦言爱上贤，贤因此更加愤恨。强被长官指派为诱饵，险象环生中又以超能力捕获歹徒，此时，高人石龙(王龙威饰)出现，以高强的功力将歹徒灭口。　　贤亲眼目睹石龙的超能力，乃告知强，强一时大意，将子己拥有超能力之事坦言告之；贤乃求见沈节，沈节一眼看穿贤心术不正，劝他勿接近石龙，以免误入魔道。　　但贤因公事不顺遂，巧遇石龙，石龙引诱他做徒弟，贤名利薰心，开始向石龙学习超能力。　　马凤儿(彭家丽饰)因偶然的机会，认识了强的母亲关静红(苏杏璇饰)，两人颇为投缘，红不但将凤儿带回家，并要强照料凤儿。凤儿刁钻活泼，初时常捉弄强，但逐渐了解强的忠厚后，渐爱上强。贤因得知凤儿显赫的身世，利用强结识凤儿，贤渐对凤儿产生情愫，但凤儿却对贤没感觉，唯对强情有独钟。而雯虽屡遭凤儿言语及行动骚扰，却始终默默忍受。　　贤与强被分为不同的二组，共同打击犯罪。但两组组长处事不合，导致两组人马处处抢功；在共同追查一桩重大刑案时，石龙因参与其中，龙要胁贤干出杀人勾当，自此，贤身陷魔道而不能自拔。　　强之师父沈节原是大陆公安，来港为逮捕超能力高人石龙回大陆受审。强在不屈不挠的追查下，真相逐渐被解开，正当他掌握罪证据，却被石龙拦截，龙正要向强下毒手时，幸好沈节赶到，虽打走了龙但却身受重伤。凤儿也为了救强而牺牲了生命。　　贤怕自己的事迹败露，不断以超能力杀人，并设计陷害强，强虽知贤种钟恶行，但顾念往惜情谊，不愿与贤决裂。　　龙见贤事迹败露，认为贤已无利用价值，欲杀贤，幸得强与节搭救。贤不知悔改，反而悟得更深之魔法，将石龙除去，并做恶不断。　　强忍无可忍，故意将雯遣至美国，并将红送回乡下，在无后顾之忧后，痛下决定和贤展开一场生死大对决.....。

　　督察江子山（陈锦鸿 饰）头脑冷静，思想慎密，做事客观，虽与独断独行的沙展徐飞（古天乐 饰）合作，但仍能以柔制刚，充份利用对方敏锐的直觉和丰富的经验，屡破奇案。在江子山的帮助下，徐飞也立下不少大功，事业亦见起色，性格迥异的二人成为了好搭档和好朋友。　　生活中，他们二人都纠缠 于两段解不开的感情。　　江子山和女朋友文婉兰（佘诗曼 饰）相恋多年，感情稳定，文婉兰的好朋友唐心如（李珊珊 饰）却对江子山一见钟情，文婉兰因为父亲的案件入狱后，江子山和唐心如的慢慢有所发展，但是随着文婉兰的出狱，二人感情开始动摇。　　徐飞对失踪多年的女朋友梁芊芊（向海岚 饰）一直无法忘情，直到遇上警队的心理专家武俏君（宣萱 饰），二人擦出火花，并准备结婚。此时，徐飞突然收到梁芊芊的消息，新欢旧爱之间，面临艰难的抉择。

A vicious robbery at a secluded Brighton home, draws Grace and Branson into a puzzling enquiry when thousands of pounds worth of beautiful antiques are stolen from the house. As Grace digs deeper into this mysterious crime, he unearths a web of ancient grudges - a web which leads him down a dark, murderous trail through the world of Brighton antiques, in a race against the clock, to untangle who is at the heart of this robbery, and bring Gavin Daly the answers he has been desperately chasing for many years.　　In episode two, Want You Dead, Grace and Branson investigate a case where nothing is truly as it first appears. When an unidentified victim is found dead in curious circumstances, the post mortem reveals more questions than it does answers. As Grace works to identify the body, hoping this might provide some crucial clue as to the killer’s motive, he soon has another death on his hands when a second victim shows up in central Brighton, discovered in similarly bizarre circumstances.　　You Are Dead is episode three in which Grace and Branson are thrown into what is possibly their most disturbing and high-profile case yet, when an unsettling discovery of skeletal remains is unearthed by workmen digging up a path in central Brighton. Meanwhile, across the city that same morning, a victim is snatched in broad daylight. With no witnesses and no sign of who took her, Grace starts to suspect whether the victim’s fiancé is lying to the police.　　The final episode in the series is Love You Dead. When a known Brighton burglar is found dead in his car, in gruesome circumstances, his wife claims that he had turned over a new leaf, but all the evidence points to the fact the victim may still have been up to his old tricks and was breaking and entering on the night he was killed. As Grace and the team work to hone in on the circumstances leading to the victim’s death, Roy receives a call from a US police contact about a crime abroad which bears the hallmarks of a mafia hit. The police are keen to trace a woman they believe to be from Brighton, who could be in danger. As Roy scours the city to help find her, it becomes apparent he isn’t the only one looking for this mysterious woman.
